Kaizenkai So Honbu Dojo Kaizenkan in Åkersberga, 30 km north of Stockholm, Sweden with address Hackstavägen 9, 194 32 Åkersberga
Program:
- Saturday: 10:00 - 12:00
- 14-17 Sunday: 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00-16:00.
Training fees:
For one day 700 SEK/70 euro, or 1200 SEK/120 euro for the weekend (Saturday-Sunday),
to pay in cash or switch with the start of the training camp.
How to get there
By your own car, lokal train Roslagsbanan from Östra Station in Stockholm or bus from Danderyd Metro station.
Bring your own Gi with you.
Where to stay?
At the dojo in your own sleeping bag for 100 SEK or 10 euro/night

SEMINAR IN MUGAIRYU IAIDO AND HACHIMANRYU BATTOJUTSU, 22 - 23 of February 2020 in Åkersberga, Stockholm area, Sweden
The seminar will cover the fundamental basics and kata of Okinawa Mugairyu iaido and Hachimanryu battojutsu, featuring enhanced and very detailed principles and techniques.
With:
- soke Leif Hermansson, Okuden in Mugairyu iaido and Hachimanryu battojutsu, promoted in Okinawa
- Olga Hermansson, Kaiden in Mugairyu iaido and Hachimanryu battojutsu, promoted in Okinawa.
For whom?
This seminar is open for everyone with interest of Traditional Martial Arts and training with the samurai sword.

- Saturday: 10:00-14:00 - 15:00-17:00 training for all

Training fees:
1000 SEK/100 euro both days or 700 SEK/70 euro one day.
Grading fee is not inch in seminar fee if you like to take a grading.
